ABOUT PROBLEM SOLUTION LAB
Built From Decades of Solving Real IT Operations Problems
Problem Solution Lab was founded on a simple belief: complex operational problems aren’t solved by adding another dashboard, another tool, or another layer of process.
They’re solved by understanding the system.
We combine deep enterprise IT operations experience, disciplined ITSM practices, operational analytics, and AI-assisted analysis to help organizations identify what is actually driving instability and what to do about it.

Avinal Maharaj is an enterprise IT operations leader with more than 20 years of experience improving the stability, performance, and operational maturity of complex technology organizations.
His experience spans IT Service Management, Incident and Problem Management, ServiceNow transformation, operational analytics, vendor governance, observability, infrastructure, and enterprise technology operations.
Throughout his career, Avinal has led initiatives that significantly reduced incident volume, improved SLA performance and ITSM data quality, generated substantial technology cost savings, and strengthened operational governance across hundreds of enterprise services.
He founded Problem Solution Lab to bring that same disciplined, data-driven approach to organizations that need measurable operational improvement, not another theoretical framework.
